MMC Weekender 2016

I headed on down to Rebellion on Saturday night to shoot my friend’s band, Barbarian Hermit, who were playing a set as part of the Manchester Metal Collective Weekender. It was such a bonkers night and awesome fun. Here are some of my favourite shots from the night.

Favourite Images of 2015

I had a lot of fun in 2015 and took a LOT of pictures. I got to meet and work with a bunch of incredibly lovely people over the past 12 months and I was also lucky enough to photograph some truly beautiful locations and wildlife along the way.  It’s been hard to whittle them down, but here’s a small selection of my favourite shots from last year for your viewing pleasure.

Chorlton Arts Festival 2014

I’ve been photographing Chorlton Arts Festival for a number of years now and it’s always a blast. This year saw a great range of music, theatre, comedy and spoken word events, plus exhibitions and workshops across the M21 postcode. My personal highlight was the Blues & Gospel Tram, which commemorated the 50th anniversary of Muddy Waters, Sister Rosetta Tharpe and others playing an incredible live show at Chorlton Train Station in 1964.

This year I had the pleasure of shooting Rachael Dadd, John Smith, Bells in the Birches and Paper Aeroplanes, as well as the wonderful Blues & Gospel Tram. Here are a small selection of my favourite shots.

Bonobo: A Sneak Peek

Last night I shot Bonobo at the Albert Hall in Manchester. It was an incredible gig – beautiful venue, amazing music, fantastic atmosphere and a truly lovely crowd.
